Shipping policy

Free Shipping to mainland UK only with the exception of Northern Ireland which may, unfortunately, be subject to higher shipping charges.

Payment: payment should be made in full at the time of placing your order by credit/debit card or by PayPal. Payment by Bank Transfer is also acceptable and we're also happy to accept Purchase Orders from schools, leisure centres, councils and other such organisations. If you'd like to pay by cheque, please contact us before placing your order.

Shipping costs: standard shipping to mainland UK is currently free. However, if you would like first class or guaranteed express delivery please contact us for a quote.

Shipping Service: the service will be Royal Mail 2nd class tracked or by Courier equivalent for larger items such as nets. The Courier usually used is DPD.

Shipping time: Orders placed by midday Monday-Friday before 10am (excepting bank holidays) will usually be dispatched the same day, with orders placed after 10am sent the next working day. Delivery time will vary but, within mainland UK, is estimated at 2-5 working days: most orders sent by Royal Mail are received within 2 working days but some can take longer. Delivery outside of the UK is estimated at 5-20 working days. Delivery times are estimates and UK Pickleball Shop is not liable for delays in postal delivery. First class or Special delivery is possible - please contact us before placing your order.

Outside Mainland UK: please contact us for a shipping quote. Shipping times will vary depending on the service used.

International Orders: please contact us with details of what you'd like to buy and where it is to be shipped for a quote of the total cost. Shipping times will vary depending on the service used. Please note that we have no control over how long the parcel will be detained or the charge made in respect of import duties.

Packaging: there is no extra cost charged for packing. For environmental reasons we use recycled void-fill paper and try to reuse and recycle as much of our packing material as possible. This means that your order may come in a recycled box or that, for example, cardboard from larger boxes is used as packaging material to secure your items. Some paddles come pre-packed in plastic covers or in bubble-wrap envelopes for protection and we encourage you to recycle and re-use these materials wherever possible.

EU Customers & Europe

Good news: we are still selling to the EU and Europe. However, the prices shown on our website are for sales to the UK. and include 20% UK VAT but NOT the cost of shipping outside of the UK.

Please note that It is possible to ship ANY item shown on this site to anywhere in Europe (and beyond) so email us at freddie@pickleball.co.uk with details of what you'd like and we'll give you a quote net of VAT and inclusive of international shipping. Please do not just order the item as the price you see does not include international shipping. If you order and pay but then cancel we will look to deduct any non-refundable charges from your refund. Charges made for processing international orders can be quite high and are non-refundable.

As a guide for you, the cost of shipping a small box to most EU countries is around £15-£18. As a small box will fit 4 -5 paddles OR 36 balls, it makes sense to fill the box to help spread the cost of shipping.

Terms & Conditions for orders shipped to outside of the UK

Import Charges:You will be responsible for any import charges so it is sensible to research into this cost will cost before you place an order. If you decide not to pay the import charges and the order is returned to us, you will be responsible for any extra charge for the return, plus a re-stocking fee of £7.50 per item plus any other unrecoverable costs incurred by us such as the cost of shipping the itme to you, postage & packing and the fee incurred to process your payment..
