High-Tech Production Process - To produce the highest quality and performance paddle, the Black Diamond Series are manufactured using multi-stage cold and hot mold process technology.
Aerodynamically Engineered Flared Design - The Black Diamond Series is designed to optimize reach and aerodynamics. A slightly flared shape improves the sweet spot in the core hitting zone of the paddle.
700K Carbon Textured Surface - A newly developed Premium Japanese Toray nano-engineered 700K carbon textured surface that provides amazing spin, grip and feel on the ball. Multiple interwoven layers add strength, power and controlled pop.
Carbon Fusion Edge Technology - To improve robustness, durability and responsiveness the Six Zero Team have developed Carbon Fusion Edge Technology. Foam injection followed by a light-weight carbon seam fusing the top and bottom faces of the paddle results in a tighter crisp feel and an increased sweet spot that radiates around the paddle perimeter.
Premium Honeycomb Polymer Core - Tried and tested to ensure the ultimate power engine for lasting performance. The 16mm thick core gives the best power to control ratio.
3D Carbon Forged Elongated Handle - To maximize strength and performance Six Zero engineers have designed a 3D carbon forged handle. The carbon face and fusion edge technology extends down the full length of the handle and is forged together under heat and pressure – 3D carbon. The construction is designed to reduce vibration, ensuring comfortable play and a responsive feel. The design allows for optimal flex, improving the paddle neck sweet spot. A tapered neck and a 5.5” elongated handle accommodates for double backhand players. The handle is finished with a premium custom Six Zero perforated leather grip with a 4.25” circumference – suited to all sized hands.

Shipping costs: standard shipping to mainland UK is currently charged at £4.00 (£3.33 plus VAT) on all products unless they are marked as "free shipping". However, if you order to a value of £100 or more (within mainland UK) shipping is free of charge to you. If you would like first class or guaranteed express delivery please contact us for a quote.
Shipping Service: the service will be Royal Mail 2nd class tracked or by Courier equivalent for larger items such as nets. The Courier usually used is DPD.
Shipping time: Orders placed by midday Monday-Friday before 10am (excepting bank holidays) will usually be dispatched the same day, with orders placed after 10am sent the next working day. Delivery time will vary but, within mainland UK, is estimated at 2-5 working days: most orders sent by Royal Mail are received within 2 working days but some can take longer. Delivery outside of the UK is estimated at 5-20 working days. Delivery times are estimates and UK Pickleball Shop is not liable for delays in postal delivery. Packaging: there is no extra cost charged for packing. For environmental reasons we use recycled void-fill paper and try to reuse and recycle as much of our packing material as possible. This means that your order may come in a recycled box or that, for example, cardboard from larger boxes is used as packaging material to secure your items. Some paddles come pre-packed in plastic covers or in bubble-wrap envelopes for protection and we encourage you to recycle and re-use these materials wherever possible.
