Over grips are prefect to use in warm conditions when your pickleball grip can become worn and slippery from sweat or dirt as they are much easier and cheaper to replace than a main grip. They can also be used to build up the thickness of a grip to fit larger hands better. One wrap of an overgrip increases the grip thickness by about 1/16".
