Questions
Good to know
How do I join?
Create a free Pickleball Shop account, or sign in to the one you already have. You'll join The Kitchen Crew automatically and get 250 Dinks straight away.
How do I claim a reward?
Open the Kitchen Crew rewards panel (the button on every page, or the rewards area in your account) and choose your reward. You'll get a code. Add that product to your basket and enter the code at checkout.
When do my Dinks appear?
Dinks for orders are added to your balance shortly after you place your order. Bonus Dinks for joining, reviews and referrals are added when you complete the action.
Do my Dinks expire?
Only if your account is inactive for 12 months. Placing an order or claiming a reward resets the clock, and we'll email you before any Dinks expire.
What happens if I return an order?
Dinks earned on items you return or are refunded for are removed from your balance.
Can I choose a size or colour?
Each reward is for the product shown, in the version noted (for example a 6-pack of balls or a specific colourway). Where a product comes in sizes, you can choose any available size.
